Self portrait on the river

I laid down on the dock, and noticed these amazing trees above.
None of the trees have any spring folage on them yet, so I captured the limbs as they appear to stretch up to the sunshine.

Another tree, minus any spring folage, and it shakes off the winter cold.

Looking directly into the afternoon sun light as it streamed thru the branches directly above me.

The River looking left from the dock

The River looking right, and following it leads out to the lake.

Thomas and TT playing tug-o-stick ((they were using this stick to poke at rocks on the river bed and poke at the crawsifh they'd find near the dock.

TT poking at the river bed

Local wild life ((and it is adundant))
They make their nests in the marsh directly across from our spot.
Canadian Geese and Swans. I swore I heard Loons too.

Just love the 2 photos of TT as he climbs.

TT enjoying the activity on the river bed ((crawfish))

TT off to toss an acorn into the river
This is also the fire pit area ((to the left of photo))
One gorgeous sunny afternoon, we spent quite a bit of time down on the dock.
We saw crayfish, geese nesting and even a goose fight. They sure make a ruckous!
